Centre Enrolments

Q. Can I book a tour of the centre?

A. Yes you can please contact the head office on 8203 4550 or email info@alouette.com.au and someone will arrange the tour for you.

Q. How do I join your waitlist?

You can download the waitlist form from our website or you can contact the head office on 8203 4550 or email info@alouette.com.au and someone will be able to send out a waitlist form and once we have received the form back will contact you confirming that you are on our waitlist.

Q. Is there a fee to be on the waitlist?

A.Yes we require a $50 waitlist fee that will be will it be refunded If we are unable to place you at our centre prior to the end date on your waiting list application.

Q. Once I have been given a place , what is next?

When we are able to provide you with a place at the Centre we recommend having an orientation before you start here you can meet the careers and get more of an idea of the Centres routine.
Someone from the head office will confirm the start date and make sure we have the enrolment form, Ezidebit form, up to date Immunisation records from Medicare, birth certificate and signed bond letter
Once we have everything you then can start.

Q. What information do you need for enrolling my child?

A. We need the enrolment form completed with the Ezidebit form and Immunisation records from Medicare and also a copy of your childs birth certificate


Fees

Q. Are you approved for CCB & CCR & how do I claim them?

A. Yes Alouette is an approved service you to claim the CCR and CCB you must supply us with CRN details for your child and yourself if you don’t have them you will have to contact Centrelink
and they will be able to provide you with the details.

Q. Do you have a bond & how much is it?

A. At Alouette child care we require a 2 week bond this is charged at a full rate by how may days you attend the centre, this is refunded back onto your child care account once you give your 4 weeks notice of termination.

Q. How do I pay my fees?

A.Fees will be deducted from your chosen account that you provide us on the Ezidebit form

Q. How much are the fees?

Q. If my child is sick or on holidays do we still pay fees?

A.If you are able to give us notice of your child being away and we can fill their place at the Centre you will only have to pay 50% of your gap fee for that day.

Q. What is included in the daily fees?

A. At Alouette child care we provide a morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and a late afternoon snack.
We also provide all nappies, hats, bedding and sheeting, cows milk, S26Gold step 1 & 2 formula and
Karicare soy formula
